Italian grey veined marble ashtray, reference no. 8532, designed by Angelo Mangiarotti for Knoll International. Circular form with a double-tiered rim and a central knob-shaped cigarette rest, part of the marble object line produced by Knoll in the 1960s-70s. Diameter 20.5 cm, height 4 cm. Perfect condition. No chips or marks visible, original green felt lining underneath to protect surfaces. First-hand piece, received as a wedding gift and never used. From a private collection.
