The Pebble Coffee Table is a sculptural stainless steel coffee table by Nitush Aroosh, part of the Pebble Collection. Its matte stone-like top is paired with a fluid polished steel base — grounded geological weight held against reflective energy in a single continuous object. Each piece is shaped through hydroforming into smooth, rounded forms, then resolved by hand to produce surfaces that feel worn by time and natural force. The result holds the memory of pressure in its contours — geological weight in a lightweight steel object. Matte tops diffuse light gently while polished steel bases catch and bend reflections from the surrounding environment. Each piece holds stillness and movement simultaneously. Wide and low, the Pebble Coffee Table anchors a living space with natural authority — rounded, smooth, and unhurried, inviting rest as much as contemplation. Nitush Aroosh is the New Delhi-based collectible design studio of brothers Nitush and Aroosh Mahipal. Their practice uses hydroforming and hand-hammering to push stainless steel beyond its industrial origins — into forms that are fluid, reflective, and alive with light.
