LC1 Blue and Black Ponyskin Armchair by Le Corbusier, Charlotte Perriand & Pierre Jeanneret for Cassina, 1990s

Iconic Bauhaus-era LC1 armchair issued by Cassina in a very rare blue and black ponyskin edition, produced in very small numbers. The backrest features subtle blue accents amongst the black, while the seat displays a clear black and blue contrast. Original Cassina engravings on the chrome frame with a frame number dating to the 90s (27xxx). Very good condition with some patina on the ponyskin seat.
