Solaris Table

The piece presents a subtle dialogue between the classical and the contemporary, employing symmetrical sculptural forms that evoke columns and pedestals, echoes of classical architecture. However, this formal reference is subverted by the choice of material: recycled cellulose pulp derived from discarded cardboard. This inversion not only destabilizes the expectation of nobility and rigidity traditionally associated with such forms, but also introduces layers of meaning and critique.
