Wing Bench

The Wing Bench is part of the Wing Series, following the same system of folded aluminium sheets, visibly joined by nuts and screws. It is the first piece of the series that incorporates rectangular aluminium profiles, translating an ordinary seating bench into a statement piece fully constructed of aluminium parts. Two long elements in the middle are connecting the outer legs and create a stable frame while also serving as a storage layer underneath the top. Five profiles on top, connected by rivets from underneath are forming the seating layer. A homogenous, hand brushed surface is tying the differ- ent elements together. All edges and corners are carefully chamfered by hand. Each bench is handcrafted and made to order in Germany.
